We are the data controller for your account information, and a data processor for the video material you upload.
Your email address, so we can create the account and send sign-in links and job notifications. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
The stream you submit, for the sole purpose of producing your clips. Legal basis: performance of a contract. This is the only reason it exists on our systems.
Transcripts, detector measurements and, if you choose to create them, voice profiles. A voice profile is a mathematical summary of vocal characteristics — it cannot be played back or reconstructed into audio.
Handled by Stripe. We store a customer identifier and your subscription status. We never see or store your card number.
Job timings, error messages and aggregate usage, so we can keep the service working and bill correctly. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

A voice profile is biometric data under the GDPR, so it gets stricter handling. We only create one when you explicitly ask us to, by uploading a recording for that purpose. It is used solely to colour subtitles and weight clip selection within your own account. It is never shared, never used to identify anyone outside your account, and deleting it is immediate and permanent.
If you upload a recording of someone else's voice, you are responsible for having their consent.
Each is bound by a data processing agreement. Where a provider operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@vigge.pro and we will respond within 30 days.
You can delete your account yourself from the dashboard, which removes your footage, clips and voice profiles immediately. Invoices are retained as law requires.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies, and therefore no consent banner — because there is nothing to consent to.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to those who need it. Download links are signed and expire.
We will tell affected users without undue delay if a breach puts their data at risk.
If we change this notice materially we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
