Minutes of source material, rounded up to the whole minute and billed on completion. A 95-minute stream costs 95 minutes of your allowance. There is a 10-minute minimum per job and a 12-hour maximum. The number of shorts produced is irrelevant to the price — the engine decides how many the stream deserves.
You are not charged. Credits are deducted when a job finishes successfully, never when it is submitted. If our engine cannot read your file we tell you why and the credit stays in your account.

Yes, from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your finished clips stay downloadable for 30 days after that.
